How it works
How we work out your profit
Three simple parts make up the result. Here is what each one means.
VAT
The calculator treats your selling price as VAT-inclusive and takes the VAT part out of it. The default rate is 5 percent, and you can change it if your case is different.
Profit formula
Your profit is what is left after every cost is taken from the selling price.
Profit = price - VAT - fee - shipping - cost of goods
Margin = profit / price x 100
ROI = profit / cost of goods x 100
